Social Media Responsibilities:

  • Daily moderation of all social networks including: Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram for Women’s and Kid’s
  • Develop content ideas for social media channels
  • Post approved consistent content daily on Women’s IG and twice a week on Kid’s IG
  • Track community growth across all relevant networks
  • Work closely with Sales, Design and E-commerce on day to day initiatives, projects and promotions
  • Analyze competitor landscape on weekly basis and stay up to date on social media trends and influencers
  • Outreach to potential bloggers & influencers
  • Coordinate product seeding with confirmed and approved influencers and maintain relationships
  • Ship out products on time and in coordination with current promotions
  • Also create and plan social media campaigns that includes contests and giveaway
  • Work closely with e-commerce to align strategies and promotions, help conceptualize ideas to increase followers, engagement and sales
  • Compile weekly, monthly and quarterly reports focused on engagement metrics across all relevant networks
  • Create graphics if needed for social media

Office Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to Sales, E-Commerce, Customer Service and Design
  • Daily support of drop shipment and invoicing
  • Assist on photo shoots: order samples, organize and assist on set, ship back products timely
  • Run reports for sales at least twice a week
  • Assist at tradeshows (local and remotely)

LAmade, a contemporary apparel company seeks a Assistant Sales manager/Coordinator for our Los Angeles Headquarters. Reporting directly to the CEO, this position is responsible to assist Sales Department in achieving and exceeding projected sales goals.  Ideal candidate must be reliable, energetic, highly motivated and detail oriented individual living in the Los Angeles Metropolitan area.  This position will participate in regional shows and handle the daily communication for all our outside sales representatives.


• Assist CEO in coordinating Regional Sales Representative Teams to drive and increase the overall sales volume and profitability within the regions

• Assist Manager in maintaining daily, weekly and monthly reports for existing Sales Reps, Accounts, and internal use.

- Sending a summary report every Friday to Regional Sales Reps and the Management team

- Reports for every trade/regional show

- Monthly reports for quantity sold per style

- Monthly reports per sales rep goals vs booked qty

- Manage and send weekly inventory to all the Sales Reps

• Provide sales tools for all the sales reps

- Bi-weekly bookings/invoiced reports TY vs LY for complete territory and by state

- Best booking styles

- Identify new leads and referrals and develop client relationships with them

- Work internally to coordinate salesman samples to all the reps in time

- Work with design team to have all sales tools ready for new season line

- Make sure everything is ready on our wholesale platform before season starts

• Interact with Warehouse, Accounting, Production and Customer Service Department to resolve any customer issues

• Attend and setup for all major trade shows nationally (required to travel and sell the women’s or kid’s line)

• Sell to current and potential clients including off price accounts either retail chain or online

• Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by supervisor and manager


• Must have excellent communication skills and ability to interact with customers and internal departments

• Must be detail oriented, self-motivated, organized, positive team player with sincere desire to resolve conflict and promote customer satisfaction

• Must have strong retail math, merchandising  and planning skills

• Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe Illustrator

• Must be able to multi-task and handle high stress environments

• Must be willing to travel

• Eager to learn and feel passionate about the brand and the fashion industry

• At least 3 years experience in contemporary apparel sales industry

• Require Bachelor or Associate Degree in marketing or fashion related major

• Equivalent work experience in fashion related industries accepted in lieu of degree

Job duties: 

Conduct budget accounting and forecasting by analyzing the variance of company’s capital expenditure and cost structure.  Provide analytical and organizational expertise including financial and budgetary plan of internal controls to monitor the operation activities.  Analyze and prepare budgetary reports summarizing business activities, operational expenses (including monthly estimates); and provide to management for review in formulating accurate forecasts, timely budgets, and month end close.  Project company’s future revenues and expenses by reviewing and analyzing company’s present and past operation/accounting data such as costs, revenues, company/administrative goals, and liabilities, etc.  Review and interpret company’s accounting data to ensure compliance of accepted accounting principles and updated tax rules in terms of budgeting plan and estimating sales revenue recognition.

Education Requirement:  Master degree in Accounting or Business Administration with concentration in Accounting.
